Tampa, FL - Jay Collins, retired U.S. Army Green Beret, committed conservative, devoted husband and father of two, today announced his entry into the race for State Senate District 14, where he and his family call home. Collins enters the race with the complete backing and endorsement of Governor Ron DeSantis.
